1. Who we are

Latinos.Tech is a community organization for Latino professionals working in and around legal technology. Right now we are exactly what this site says: a group getting people together, starting with a networking event. This policy describes what happens with the information you share through this website.

2. What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you type into the contact form: typically your name, your email address, and whatever you choose to write in your message. We do not require an account, and we do not collect anything else about you directly.

3. How we use your information

We use your contact details to:

• Reply to your message.
• Send you details about upcoming Latinos.Tech events, if you asked for them.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to any mailing list you did not ask to join.

4. Third-party services

This site relies on a small number of external services, each of which may process some of your data under its own privacy policy:

• Formly (app.getformly.com) hosts and processes the contact form, so anything you submit passes through their systems.
• GitHub Pages hosts this website and, like any web host, may log standard request data such as IP addresses.
• Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN serve the site's fonts and styles; loading them transmits your IP address to those services.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The embedded contact form is served by Formly and may use cookies of its own; see Formly's privacy policy for details.

6. How long we keep information

We keep contact form submissions only as long as we need them to respond to you and organize events. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our records and from Formly.

7. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Use the contact form on the home page and we will take care of it.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page, revise the version number, and note the new effective date at the top. Substantive changes will be called out plainly rather than buried.
